modified the basic smoothie recipe with ingredients that are very dry eye
cups of your favorite leafy green (spinach) with 2 cups of liquid (water/green
tea) and then add 3 cups of ripe fruit (blue berries, melon, apples - pitted
"super charge" your smoothie with flax seed, ginger, etc
and feel those dry eyes improve.
